Our Policies & Guidelines

We encourage all guests to review our policies carefully before making a reservation. Understanding guidelines ensures a smooth booking process and a stress-free stay. Clear expectations help us provide welcoming accommodations and create a positive experience for all our guests.

RESIDENCE RULES 


You will be staying in someone's home, so please behave with care and respect during your stay.


Arrival and departure

  • Arrival: 15:00 – 22:00
  • Departure before 10:00
  • Self-catering accommodation: coded key box


During your stay

  • Maximum 4 guests
  • Pets allowed
  • Night peace: 0:00 - 7:00
  • No parties or other events
  • Commercial photography prohibited
  • NO SMOKING


Additional rules

  • No smoking in the house.
  • When parking, we offer free off street parking, there is also public on street parking.
  • We allow pets. We do have a $100 pet fee per trip. We will send more detailed safety concerns when you book with us. 
  • When a concern arises, we ask that you please contact us directly so that we can promptly assist in resolving the matter. 
  • WE HAVE a handicap ramp and an ADA bathroom.
